When Life Gives You Shoogies, Make Lemonade!

Making edibles at home just became even easier. Have you ever wanted just to medicate your hot wings or take a swig of a nice refreshing glass of infused lemonade? Let us introduce you to your new best friend: Shoogies.

Shoogies has landed at ASC with quite the creation, they've dropped jars of powdered agave with 500mg of THC each; the perfect way to infuse any dessert, sauce, or beverage-- the possibilities are endless. Sparkling Agave Lemonade

​INGREDIENTS: 

(5 or more) Scoops of the 500mg Nano-Infused Shoogies Agave Powder

1 1/2 cup white sugar (add more or less to taste)
1 cup lemon juice
5 cups water
2 cups ice

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Cut and juice lemons, add juice to a pitcher
  2. Add Shoogies agave powder, sugar, water, and ice. Stir well
  3. Serve over ice and top with plain or flavored sparkling water (we chose watermelon, yum!)

Spicy Asian-Inspired Wings

INGREDIENTS:​

(8) Scoops of the 500mg Nano-Infused Shoogies Agave Powder

4 tbsp Agave Nectar 

1 cup tomato ketchup

1/2 cup soy sauce

4 tbsp Rice vinegar

2 tbsp Sriracha

2 tbsp Hoisin sauce

Large pinch dried red chili flakes

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small pot, whisk the agave nectar, ketchup, soy sauce, sriracha, Shoogies, rice vinegar hoisin, and the chili flakes
  2. Sprinkle wings with sesame seeds after tossing

 

TIP:

Utilize your own favorite method for cooking chicken wings, or if you're looking for a quicker meal-- buy some pre-made at the store and add the Shoogies sauce to them!

Shoogies Snickerdoodles

INGREDIENTS:​

(20) Scoops of the 500mg Nano- Infused Shoogies Agave Powder

1 cup Baking Cane Sugar 

1 cup butter, softened 2 sticks

1/2 cup granulated cane sugar

1/4 cup cinnamon

1 large egg (room temperature)

2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp Kosher salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup cane sugar mixed with 1 tbsp Shoogies Cane Sugar (4oz)

1/2 tsp cinnamon for rolling

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 340ºF
  2. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat
  3. In a medium bowl mix together 1 cup granulated cane sugar and cinnamon
  4. In a small separate bowl mix together 1/4 cup cane sugar mixed with  1/2 tsp cinnamon
  5. In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and salt
  6. In a stand mixer, fitted with a paddle attachment, cream butter and sugar mixture on high speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.  Lower speed to medium and add egg. Mix until well-combined
  7. On medium speed add flour mixture and combined. Stir in vanilla
  8. Scoop cookie dough by the tbsp full and roll into a ball. You should be able to make 40 cookie balls
  9. Add granulated sugar to a large bowl for rolling cookie dough in before baking
  10. Place each ball of cookie dough into the bowl of sugar cinnamon mix and roll to coat well
  11. Place cookie dough onto baking sheet, spacing about 1 1/2-inches to 2 inches apart. Lightly press each cookie down
  12. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned
